Using the service
These draft terms describe your use of Freclo, a Nalosaris product. Use an accurate account identity, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. If you act for an organisation, you must have its permission.
Your content and account
You retain ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to upload it, invite people and share it.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, infringe other people’s rights, send abuse or spam, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. Keep copies of information that is important to you and check sharing settings before publishing.
Connected services
Integrations and external services have their own terms. Connecting a service authorises the access needed for the features you select. You can disconnect integrations in settings.
Plans and changes
Any paid purchase is subject to the price, billing period and cancellation information shown when you order. Features may change over time. These draft terms do not set additional fees or override any separate agreement.
Access and responsibility
Access may be restricted where necessary to address abuse, security issues or legal requirements. The service may experience interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
