About this draft
This notice describes the main data flows in Freclo, a Nalosaris product. The legal operator’s identity and address, vendor list, processing locations and retention schedule must be confirmed before this draft becomes a final policy. Contact contact@freclo.com with privacy questions.
Information used by the service
The service handles account and profile details, authentication information, content you add, account memberships and preferences. Features you enable may also handle connected account identifiers, integration credentials and information received from those services. Support messages and technical request information may also contain personal data.
Why information is processed
Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide account features, apply permissions, operate selected integrations, respond to requests and protect the service. The final policy must identify the applicable lawful basis for each purpose and explain any optional processing and consent choices.
Sharing and connected features
People you invite can access information according to their permissions. Content you publish or share may be accessible to its recipients or the public. Connected providers receive the information needed for the features you enable. The final policy must name or describe service providers, international transfers and applicable safeguards.
Storage and retention
Account sessions use cookies or similar storage to keep sign-in working. Information is stored to support the service and its security. Exact retention periods, backup deletion timing and any legal retention requirements need confirmation before publication.
Your choices and rights
Use account settings to manage access and disconnect integrations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Account information
If an organisation controls the account containing your information, contact that organisation about its use of the data. The final policy and any processing agreement must explain the respective responsibilities of the account operator and Freclo.
